For years, I have ridden a bike to the boardwalk and chained it to the rails, as the boardwalk does not provide bike racks. The other day, my bike was locked by the WW police and I had to call to get it released. No warning, nothing. I was ticketed. If I refused to give my personal information, I was told I would be arrested. I am 59 and am appalled at this action by WW. I called the court and they could not tell me the charge. I have to call back next week. Another officer told me the fine is $114; not sure if that's true. Can they really be this desperate?

Because crime is so minimal in WW they have nothing better to do.
