Calling all runners! Walkers too! Burn the Bird! Join us at the beautiful Cape May County Park, Sat. Nov. 24, for a 5K run or a one-mile fun run or walk.

The South Jersey Triathlon Club actively promotes health and wellness in our community. We hope to raise funds to purchase holiday presents for the children of Family Promise.

Come join us and help make this happen. Sign up at ACTIVE.com to be sure to get a shirt or same day registration will be available from 7:30. One mile at 8:30, 5K at 9 a.m.
