The Greater Tuckahoe Area Merchants' Association recently announced their Inaugural Tuckahoe Cars, Cruise & Crafts Show which will be held on Sat., Oct. 27 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Amanda's Field on Route 50 in Petersburg (Upper Township). Rain Date is Oct. 28.

A car cruise will begin promptly at 9 a.m., and will include antiques, street rods, motorcycles, Tuners, Imports and just about anything else that is has wheels and is street legal. Registration forms and much more information is available online at www.TuckahoeNJ.com. You may also register online through this site. There is a $15 registration fee to enter the show. The registration fee increases to $20 after Oct. 20. Those who register are not obligated to participate in the cruise. All vehicles that are to be included in judging must be on the lot by noon. Trophies will be awarded in twelve categories, plus Judges' Choice and Best in Show.

The GTAMA is also inviting vendors to join the fun with a fee of only $20 per 12-foot by 16- foot space. Registration fee increases to $25 if you pay on the day of the show. Vendors may include: arts, crafts, antiques, car-related vendors, collectables, flea market vendors, or swap meet vendors. Food vendors must call (609) 628-2829 for pre-approval (please leave a message). Vendor Applications are available through the web site as well.

Other activities include a Pumpkin Pie Baking Contest (judging at 1 p.m.), Decorated Pumpkin Contest for All Ages (judging at 2 PM), a Moon Bounce for the kids, music from 8 AM to 4 PM, and much more. Admission is free to the public, but the group is collecting non-perishable food items to be donated to the Community FoodBank of NJ. Please be generous to those in need.
