SIC Historical Society Open House

The Sea Isle City Historical Society will host their annual Holiday Open House on Dec. 8, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., inside the Sea Isle City Historical Museum, located on the first level of the Sea Isle branch of the Cape May County Library, 4800 Central Avenue. The general public is invited to attend the Open House, which will feature light refreshments, the opportunity to explore the museum and the chance to speak at length with Historical Society members, who have a commanding knowledge of Sea Isle City’s rich past.

The Sea Isle City Historical Museum has many interesting displays, including a recently updated Bridal Exhibit with dozens of vintage wedding gowns, an impressive Military Exhibit, countless artifacts from Sea Isle’s businesses and civic organizations, a wall filled with albums that highlight notable local families, thousands of vintage photographs and interactive displays for children of all ages.

The Sea Isle City Historical Museum also has a gift shop, which is a great place to begin you holiday shopping.
